It was never like this with PROZONE. As soon as you notice the tweak with the checker, it becomes clear.
I have BIN I purchase, and once it's live, I need to keep it active for about 2-3 weeks to study transaction activity before I can charge it later. But nowadays, if I buy bin, the CHECKER marks it as VALID even when it’s completely DEAD.
I find this very troubling, and it puts me in a difficult position where I’m afraid to take the risk of attempting another purchase. The cards aren't getting cheaper but are instead increasing in price while they are DEAD. It’s not beneficial!
I’ve sat down and thought about the tweak with the checker, but I still can’t understand why PROZONE would choose to do this. This shouldn’t be happening, and there’s no way PROZONE will refund if the checker marks them as VALID even if you go way ahead to proof it was dead.
VERY TROUBLING.

PROZONE, you're offering a $5 refund for every manual ticket reported, but yet you haven't fixed CHECKER. Your checker is still validating numerous bins that are dead as VALID.
It just seems like you're tricking us with DEAD MATERIALS, and it's very concerning when materials from fresh bases come out as DEAD while the checker marks them as VALID. Come on, we're clearly helping you clear out bases full of dead materials, which are marked as valid when they're actually DEAD.
You're clearly not concerned about the BUYERS here; you're just getting away with our pennies. We don't need the $5 refund, just fix your CHECKER. If you'd like, raise the prices of cards to $99.99, but make sure the checker is accurate and not giving false results.
