Description:
Payed 480$ for 24 Cards with full info, 1st send edit cards with a lot of missing info, the other part which have info was with same NAME address etc, after complains he send another one file with same absolutely same cards with EDIT info AGAIN, then offer me to "SOLVE the problem" and send new BIN list from where to choose new cards, when i receive the new cards i saw that the info is edit again, the bins which i send are only in state SPECIFIC state, is very offten to see them in other state, and the chance all to be diffirent state which normaly is not is 1 of milion, i check then manual and saw that 23 are dead only 1 was good, aftre long conversation he blocked me and deleted all the conversation.
My claim is to refund me the rest of money which is 460$ as he count 20$ per card!
