I see a lot of beginners complaining about the quality of cards from the poor cc shops(because I see a lot of people complaining about CC shops -> Since I only believe in what I see my students and I try the shop and cards are valid we even found many high balance on some stores. But the noodleb will just rush and cry to the complain section “?because their single $1 noref card was declined by the merchant?”.

The card getting declined does not always mean you have a bad cards.
Your IP address might well be the issue.
To avoid that, Always follow the Prozone Law of clean Ip, it states that:
