Has anyone here used Capriconnect (capriconnect.me) for SMS delivery?
My experience was pretty concerning.
Before depositing, I explicitly asked if their routes were working and was told everything is fine. Based on that, I funded my account.
After that, nothing worked. Messages simply wouldn’t deliver.
Then support told me I need to upgrade to “private routes” (around $150) to get proper delivery — which was never clearly stated before payment.
So basically:
- You’re told it works
- You deposit
- It doesn’t work
- You’re asked to pay significantly more
No refund was offered even though the service was unusable.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch setup.
Also noticed they allow custom sender IDs, which raises some concerns about how the platform might be used.
Just sharing this so others don’t run into the same situation.
