I always have a question and doubt about payment time of carding. But I couldnt find any single mention about it at here.
For example when I purchase stolen cc at 8:00 PM but cardholders region is 3:00 AM, then its fraud score might be spiked up(Not even sure about this too). And its time criteria may be different per business type of merchants. Looking for the answer of professional carders.
